Anticipating release of Microsoft Windows Vista Beta 2 we are releasing "Vista compatible" version of iShadow Desktop Beta build 3.0.0.27.
On Vista most iShadow Desktop features are supported, although snapshot feature on Vista requires more testing (mostly for image processing feature install) and thus is disabled in those environments.
This release adds improved support for Windows 2000, Windows 2003 and Windows XP. Most important improvement - introduction of mini-RDP engine compatible with native Microsoft clients - MSTSCAX.DLL and MSRDP.OCX.
This version further improves screenshot capability for ICA and RDP sessions along with addition of optional timestamp that can be saved with the snapshot. To simplify snapshot editing, snapshot duplication capability is provided. |

| As of today (after first few tests) iShadow Desktop was found to support full feature set on Microsoft Winwdows Vista Beta 2 build 5384.4 (x86). Prior Vista builds including 5365 did demonstrate a few limitations primarily related to registration of third-party components. x64 tests are on the way. |

"...The naming of the tabs is OK, the OK button is OK, but there is still a little bug when you click file/connect. When the dialog box opens to type the name in it, the context switches to the input field only for about 0,5 seconds, so you can only type about one character if you are really fast. After that you need to point back to the field with the mouse. Maybe you can fix it..."
Fixed with build 3.0.0.29 - this bug fix was long overdue
