I mentioned earlier that I was initially confused by what VDM does, I think part of that confusion was because of the name.  Virtual Display Manager, at least to me, suggests a Virtual Screen similar to Microsoft's Virtual Desktop powertoy or any of a number of Linux desktops.  These are "off screen" desktops that you can switch between.

I think the current name infers a different functionality than what it does.  Maybe a better name might be something like "Desktop Zone Manager"  or "Display Partition Manager" or perhaps "Monster Screen Manager". 

That last one refers to the usefulness of VDM with large (24-30") screens to better utilize the space.

Yes, we do realize that VDM name is not unique (Microsoft or VMware, just to name a few companies, have similar abbreviations). And we will not shy away from any suggestions for the right name that does convey the purpose of the tool.

At the same time, we would like to makes sure that THIS IS THE TOOL to use when the supplemental multi-monitor functionality is required.
