Hello,

I have trouble with iShadowDesktop after I had a blue-screen (Stop).
iShadow does not accept my Pins anymore (also they are definitely the right ones)
I completely uninstalled iShadow, removed config files, reinstalled.
After starting iShadow it comes up with 'No config file, create new one?).
Answer is 'Yes'. It creates a new config file and after that I'm asked immediately for a Pin. No Pin does work.
Ignoring this starts finally iShadow desktop. Deselecting 'Protect with Pin', closing, starting again and again asking for a PIN!

It does not remember any setting, Favorites does not work as well. I can save them (with or with out Pin).
Restore doesn't work (always Pin).

iShadow is installed on a WinXPpro SP2 machine.
I tried it also on a Citrix Server (W2K3), same problem.
On a freshly installed WinXP (virtual machine) it works fine.

Any suggestions how to troubleshoot this problem?
