I have several web servers I need to support and often have 3-4 tabs open. Sometimes when I go to one server for a few minutes and then back to another one my keyboard and mouse are no longer recognized by the connection... nada...zip...nothing.  The only way to fix it is to disconnect and reconnect.  Has anyone else experienced this problem?  Is there a fix?

Ken, double-click on the tab of the selected window - that will return the focus to the client.

I get the same thing - no response to mouse or keyboard after switching to another tab for a few minutes - I have to log on again and kill the original session.

The suggestion above of double clicking on the tab of the selected window does not fix the problem for me.

It only seems to happen to RDP sessions, not ICA. I am evaluating iShadow Desktop 3.5.153. The RDP client is 5.2.3790.1830 .

Any other suggestions?

I have the same problem, also evaluating version 3.5.153.

I have multiple tabs open (RDP), all set to "Scale to fit = true".
Double clicking the tab doesn't work.

I either have to disconnect and conncect again, or "undock" the window, and then move it back to the window group "ishadow desktop".
