>
iShadow Application Suite
  • iShadow Application Suite is positioned to be a rapid response tool.
  • It provides a universal composite view of user sessions, servers, processes and printers within Citrix or Microsoft environments independent from Citrix or Microsoft Terminal Server version.
  • This view is created in such a way that many IT tasks, commonly performed by administrators, can be safely delegated to business users or less qualified personnel.
  • iShadow improves quality of service, reduces delays in addressing vital user issues and at the same time lightens the burden on IT professionals and improves overall user satisfaction without escalating associated costs.
