Please be aware that during screen sharing, your entire screen will be visible, and the shared area will have a red outline to it.
While this is absolutely true for native Teams behavior, Virtual Display Manager does allows for partial screen sharing.
In fact, here is an example:
- After splitting physical monitor into 3 virtual displays (see below), virtual displays #2 and #3 can be shared as if they were physical.
- Sharing display #1 will show the entire desktop.
- Applications can be maximized to these virtual displays, including full-screen video, PowerPoint presentations, browser screens, etc.
